Welcome to relaxation
Care and support are the foundation of my practice. I listen to the voice of my clients and the voice of their bodies. I have training in a variety of bodywork techniques and prepare unique treatment plans that address each client's specific needs, provide deep relaxation and boost vitality.
Keeping skills fresh and developing new skills are important to me. I strive to expand my knowledge of massage techniques with continued education in diverse specialties. In addition to my training at the Arcata School of Massage, I have taken continuing education courses in Massage Cupping Bodywork Therapy, Myofascial Release (MFR), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Craniosacral work and Reiki, to name a few.

NEW RATES- New service rates are effective September 15th, 2025. Please see my service menu for updated rates. If you have an appointment already on my schedule for the month of September, but booking date was prior to September 15th, my old rates will be honored. All appointments booked after September 15th or booked before the 15th, but scheduled for a date beyond September 30th, will be at the new rates.
